It’s Fit Time is a locally owned and operated fitness studio that encourages and motivates individuals and families to live their healthiest and most active life. This is accomplished by promoting healthy eating and exercising as a lifestyle. It’s Fit Time offers strength-based/functional Group Fitness classes and one-on-one or small group Personal Training.
Founder Yolanda V. Dunn, MBA is an energetic and inspirational Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Pound Pro, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist from Aurora, IL who has helped so many community members live healthier and more active lifestyles. Her purpose is to encourage, motivate, inspire and witness others to live their healthiest and most active life.

Pound (Rockout Workout)
Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums!
Generation Pound ®
A youth-oriented program (ages 6-12) that fuses movement and music to improve focus, coordination, physical fitness and teamwork skills. By combining exercise and interactive activities, kids will learn new ways to explore movement, embrace their creativity and ROCK OUT-ultimately building strength, confidence and self-awareness.
Challenge yourself with this fast-paced, calorie-blasting workout, using the traditional Boot Camp style approach. IFT Boot Camp is geared toward all fitness levels. Modifications are always offered for the beginner to the advanced. Increase your power with exercises tools such as the tire, battle ropes and plyo boxes!!
Strength & Core
Come build your body's foundation for strength: hip flexors, lumbar spine (lower back) and core! This Group strength training utilizes body weight, free weights and other weight training tools to make your body stronger!
Buns and Guns
Ready to tackle your buns and guns in one workout?! This class is designed to sculpt chiseled arms and glutes quickly and efficiently.
